Creative Community!
Creative Community is a new program that will be offered every week. The program is to encourage people to come together and practice being creative. The creativity could be sketching in a sketch book, on paper, or art journaling, or even just spend some time coloring a coloring book page. Creating art (or just putting marks on a page) can help to relieve stress and would give you a night away from doom scrolling. If you don’t have an idea of what to do, there will be simple prompts available to spark your creative spirit. Our Director, Candy will be available to help with simple drawing and painting skills. We do have art supplies available to experiment with, but we encourage everyone to bring their own sketch book and media to use. This program is mainly for young adults and adults but is open to all ages.
**This project was funded by the Foundation for Southern Tier Libraries!**
