Chair yoga has gentle stretching, balance and flexibility exercises done from a chair. There is no getting on the floor or getting up from the floor. Chair yoga is great exercise for anyone, especially seniors. Beginners are welcome, no experience needed. There are only three classes available, come for one or all three and learn something new at the Benedek Memorial Library.
